wow i had written an entire long blog entry rife with sentimentality and intense candor but then my dumb ass forgot to save it before meandering away from the window so i just lost the whole thing that took me an embarrassingly long time to write.

can’t bring myself to reproduce the effort so in summation, my girl juna elizabeth is 8 months old.

pros

sleeps 12 hours through the night, every night
absolute nap queen, crushing 2-3 hours naps on schedule with no more fanfare beyond just depositing her in the crib w/ a pacifier
v easy to feed, 4 scheduled meals per day (this is 1 less meal than ian) and likes all solid foods
constantly smiling or laughing uproariously, makes us all feel like we are extremely funny
she’s so fucking cute i mean just look at her she’s so round and smiley she literally looks like ^_^

cons

can’t eat eggs or fish (extremely lame)
loud
tries to eat momo’s fur when we’re not looking
bit my nipple w/ her predator razor teeth the other day and honestly i would’ve reflexively thrown her out a window if i had the upper body strength. if it weren’t for the global pandemic i’d stop nursing entirely because that shit was HEINOUS.
